Obergurgl Piste Map and Overview
Obergurgl is part of the high-altitude Gurgl ski area, linked directly with Hochgurgl for a polished, snow-sure Alpine experience. The terrain runs from 1,800 m to 3,030 m, with wide groomed pistes, modern lifts and a largely ski-in/ski-out layout that makes getting onto the mountain especially easy. It is a strong choice for skiers and snowboarders who value reliable snow, comfortable lift access and scenic cruising over a huge, hectic resort atmosphere.
The linked Obergurgl–Hochgurgl area offers a well-balanced mix of relaxed blue runs, long red pistes and a smaller but worthwhile selection of black slopes and ski routes. Obergurgl is particularly family-friendly, while Hochgurgl adds broad, sunny slopes and access to the resort’s highest lift-served point. The Top Express gondola links the two sectors in around nine minutes, making it simple to explore both during the same day.
