Alpe Cermis Piste Map and Overview

Alpe Cermis, rising above the town of Cavalese in the Dolomites, is a compact but highly enjoyable ski area known for its long descents and relaxed atmosphere. It’s part of the Val di Fiemme network, and offers a smooth, scenic skiing experience with impressive views across the surrounding Dolomite peaks. One of its biggest highlights is the famous Olympia run, a long, continuous descent that drops all the way from the top station back to Cavalese.

What makes Alpe Cermis stand out is its balance of scenic cruising and approachable terrain. It’s not a huge resort, but it feels well-organised and uncrowded, making it ideal for skiers who want quality over quantity. The upper slopes offer wide, flowing runs with panoramic views, while the lower mountain is perfect for easy skiing and progression. It’s especially appealing for intermediates and families who want a relaxed Dolomites experience without the intensity of the larger ski circuits.
