Alpe Cimbra Piste Map and Overview

Alpe Cimbra, located in the Trentino region of the Dolomites, is a relaxed, scenic ski area centred around the resorts of Folgaria, Lavarone, and Luserna. It’s known for its sunny slopes, gentle terrain, and welcoming atmosphere, making it a favourite for families and beginner-to-intermediate skiers. The area sits on a high plateau, which gives it wide-open runs and excellent visibility – ideal for learning and cruising without feeling overwhelmed.

What makes Alpe Cimbra especially appealing is its balance of accessibility and variety. While it doesn’t have the extreme altitude or steep terrain of bigger Dolomite destinations, it offers a surprisingly diverse mix of forest runs, rolling pistes, and long scenic descents. The resort is also very well organised, with modern lift systems and plenty of ski schools, making it a stress-free choice for groups with mixed abilities. It’s all about easygoing skiing, sunshine, and enjoying the mountain scenery at a comfortable pace.
