It’s especially popular with intermediate skiers who enjoy longer cruising runs with gentle gradients and breathtaking views over the valley. The area also offers quieter slopes than some of the more central Gstaad resorts, making it ideal for those who prefer a relaxed skiing experience without the crowds. Its lifts are efficient, giving you easy access to multiple runs and smooth connections to neighboring areas like Rinderberg.

For families and snowboarders, Wasserngrat provides a welcoming environment. Beginner-friendly slopes are available, and the area is ideal for learning while still offering interesting terrain for those looking to advance. Included with the ski pass:

  • Options for short-duration tickets or single-area passes if you only want Wasserngrat
  • Multi-day Gstaad passes cover Wasserngrat along with the other main resorts
  • Cheaper passes for individual areas are available, so a full-area pass isn’t mandatory

  6. La Videmanette – The most challenging terrain in the region, with steep descents.
  7. Glacier 3000 – High-altitude glacier skiing with the most reliable snow and longest season.
