Alta Badia Piste Map and Overview

Alta Badia, situated in the heart of the Dolomites in northern Italy, is a premier ski destination renowned for its stunning alpine landscapes and extensive ski terrain. As part of the Dolomiti Superski network, Alta Badia offers access to 130 km (81 miles) of meticulously groomed slopes, catering to skiers of all levels, from beginners to seasoned experts. The resort’s location within the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Dolomites ensures breathtaking panoramic views and a unique skiing experience.

Its villages—such as Corvara, Colfosco, La Villa, and San Cassiano—combine traditional Ladin culture with modern lift access and ski-in, ski-out convenience. While the terrain is generally gentle, confident skiers can still find steeper challenges, and snowboarders benefit from wide pistes and flowing layouts that suit all riding styles.

Beyond its impressive ski offerings, Alta Badia is celebrated for its exceptional culinary scene. The region hosts events like “A Taste for Skiing,” where Michelin-starred chefs create gourmet dishes served in mountain huts, blending fine dining with the alpine atmosphere. This fusion of world-class skiing and gastronomy, set against the backdrop of the majestic Dolomites, makes Alta Badia a unique and unforgettable winter destination.
