Termignon Piste Map and Overview

Set in the Haute Maurienne Vanoise near the Italian border, Termignon is a traditional Alpine village that forms part of the Val Cenis ski area, offering a quiet, authentic base with direct access to a much larger mountain domain. Sitting at around 1,300 m in the valley and connecting up to high-altitude terrain reaching 2,800 m, it benefits from a strong vertical drop and surprisingly reliable snow conditions for a lower village base, thanks to its north-facing slopes and high mountain access.

What makes Termignon especially appealing is its balance of peaceful village life and big-mountain skiing access. On its own it offers a compact local ski area with beginner and intermediate-friendly slopes, but its real strength is the easy link into the full Val Cenis domain (~125 km of pistes) via connecting runs and lifts. This means you can enjoy quiet, uncrowded skiing in the village sector while still having access to long greens, scenic blues, and varied red runs across the wider area. It’s ideal for skiers who want a relaxed, uncrowded base but still like the option of exploring a much bigger ski network when they’re ready.
