Saint Gervais les Bains is a truly enchanting ski resort, combining the charm of a traditional alpine village with access to a huge and varied ski domain. The town, with its historic architecture and thermal spa heritage, gives skiers a peaceful, refined base to unwind after a day on the slopes. On the mountain, you’ll find a mix of gentle tree-lined slopes and more challenging cruisers – perfect for families and intermediate skiers who want to enjoy long, flowing descents framed by mountain panoramas.
One of the biggest draws of Saint‑Gervais is its gateway role into the Évasion Mont‑Blanc ski area. With a ski pass in hand, you can easily explore the interconnected terrain spanning Megève, Combloux, Saint Nicolas de Véroce, La Giettaz, and Les Contamines. The upper slopes benefit from great sun exposure, and there are off-piste opportunities on Mont Joly that appeal to freeriders. All this, while based in a quieter, more authentic alpine town – you really get the best of both worlds.

- Les Contamines / Hauteluce
- If you don’t need the full Évasion Mont‑Blanc area, you can choose passes that cover a subset of the resorts (e.g., just Megève + Combloux, etc.) rather than the entire domain. This flexibility means you don’t always have to buy the pass for the whole Évasion Mont‑Blanc area if you’re focused on one or two resorts.
