Olos Piste Map and Overview
Olos is a ski resort in Finnish Lapland (Muonio area) that offers a pleasant mix of terrain for beginners and intermediates, along with scenic surroundings. The resort has 10 groomed downhill slopes with 4 lifts, plus a snow park and junior park. The runs are relatively short but well-maintained. What differentiates Olos is its extensive crossâcountry and ski-trail network (over 200 km), which offers a lot of variety off the alpine slopes. Snow cover is reliable, service is solid, and the atmosphere is relaxed yet authentic.
Because of its modest vertical drop and slope lengths, Olos works especially well for families, those learning, or anyone who prefers gentler slopes rather than the steep, high-altitude resorts. The lift system is compact so you spend less time riding and more time enjoying the skiing. Also its location in Lapland gives you the bonus of winter wilderness, possible northern lights, and long nights that make lighting on slopes effective later in the afternoon.
