Jahorina Ski Resort, located in the Dinaric Alps near Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, is the country’s largest and most popular winter sports destination. It gained international recognition by hosting the women’s alpine skiing events during the 1984 Winter Olympics. The resort offers a diverse range of slopes suitable for all skill levels, complemented by modern infrastructure, including 18 lifts and a comprehensive snowmaking system that ensures reliable conditions throughout the season. Night skiing is also available, providing extended hours for enthusiasts.
Beyond skiing, Jahorina caters to a variety of winter activities, including snowboarding, cross-country skiing, and sledding. The resort’s proximity to Sarajevo, just 30 kilometers away, makes it easily accessible for both local and international visitors.
